Tanzania | Experts and Field Researchers – Policy Development and Implementation

About Aries Consult Ltd

Aries Consult Ltd is expanding its research network in Tanzania and is seeking experienced professionals to support upcoming projects in policy development and implementation.

Position Overview

We are looking for highly skilled experts with at least five years of experience in government functions and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Applicants must already be based in Tanzania.

  • Mining and natural resource management
  • Decentralization
  • Security Sector Reform
  • Rule of Law
  • Political Rights and Civil Liberties
  • Safety and Security
  • Control of Corruption
  • Transparency and Accountability
  • Human and Social Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct policy research and stakeholder consultations.
  • Provide technical expertise in one or more policy areas.
  • Design and implement data collection processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with research ethics.
  • Collaborate with government institutions and civil society organizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum in a relevant field.
  • Five years of experience in policy development or government roles.
  • Knowledge of Tanzanian governance structures.
  • Proficiency in English and Swahili.
  • Candidates must already be based in Tanzania.
